7 Pot Lava

The 7 Pot Lava, also known as the 7 Pot Lava Red, is a super-hot Capsicum chinense chilli created by a grower named Judy in Tennessee, United States. It is a hybrid cross between the Moruga Scorpion and the 7 Pot Primo, resulting in extreme heat comparable to other Scorpion-type peppers.

The pods display a Scorpion-like appearance and carry a fruity flavour profile. Plants typically reach a height of approximately 0.9 to 1.2 metres. While pod shape is generally uniform, some variation is expected as this cultivar remains a relatively recent and developing strain.
