Ají Delight

Aji Delight is a heatless Capsicum baccatum cultivar developed in the United Kingdom. Unlike most baccatum varieties, it delivers the characteristic fruity flavour of the species without any capsaicin heat.

The plants are vigorous and easy to grow, producing abundant crops of large, bullet-shaped red pods measuring approximately 7.5 to 10 centimetres in length. The pods have thick walls and are well suited for fresh use in salads or as a bell pepper substitute in a wide range of dishes.
