Ají Fantasy Cream

The Aji Fantasy Cream is a Capsicum baccatum cultivar developed in Finland by chilli breeder Jukka Kilpinen, also known as Fatalii. It was selected over several years for its high productivity, sweet and tangy flavour, and mild to medium heat level.

Plants are compact and bushy, producing abundant bell-shaped pods that typically measure around 5 centimetres in length and approximately 4 centimetres in width. The pods ripen from light green to a creamy white colour and have thick walls with a crunchy texture. The flavour is fruity with citrus-like notes, and much of the heat is concentrated in the placenta, allowing the flesh to be enjoyed with minimal pungency.
