Ají Mango

The Aji Mango is a Capsicum baccatum cultivar originating from Peru. It produces elongated pods typically measuring between 5 and 7.5 centimetres in length and around 2 to 2.5 centimetres in width. The pods ripen from light green to a bright orange colour at maturity.

This variety is known for its pronounced fruity flavour reminiscent of mango, offering a full-bodied taste with subtle sweetness. Heat levels are significant but not overwhelming, making it suitable for a wide range of culinary applications. Plants are highly productive and commonly reach heights of approximately 90 to 120 centimetres.
