Ají Mango Stumpy

The Aji Mango Stumpy is a Capsicum baccatum cultivar developed in the United States by Judy of PepperLover. It produces compact, chubby pods that mature to a vibrant orange colour, typically measuring around 4 centimetres in both length and width.

The flavour is sweet and fruity, with a subtle smoky note that becomes more noticeable when the pods are dried. Heat levels are moderate, estimated at approximately 25,000 Scoville Heat Units. Plants grow tall and slender, often reaching up to 1.5 metres in height, and may require staking to support their structure and fruit load.
