Ají Penec Yellow

The Aji Penec Yellow is a Capsicum baccatum cultivar developed within the PepperLovers community in the United States. It is known for producing vibrant yellow pods and exhibiting multiple phenotypes, reflecting its community-bred origins.

Plants commonly exceed 1 metre in height and are highly productive, yielding abundant fruit throughout the season. The pods have a sweet, fruity flavour with very mild heat, generally ranging between 500 and 1,000 Scoville Heat Units.
