Blushing Beauty Hybrid is a sweet bell pepper bred in the United States. It was developed for early production and strong disease resistance.

Plants grow to about 45.5–61 cm tall. Fruit are blocky and thick-walled, averaging 9–10 cm long and 9–10 cm wide. Pods hang downward and mature from pale yellow to apricot-orange, then red. Fruit are never green at the immature stage.

It is an early season variety, typically ready 60–70 days after transplanting. Flesh is sweet and crisp. It was promoted for resistance to Tobacco mosaic virus, Potato virus Y, Tobacco etch virus, and bacterial leaf spot.

Blushing Beauty Hybrid was named an All-America Selections winner in the 1990s after multi-region performance trials in the United States.
