Brain Collapse Peach

Brain Collapse Peach is a super-hot hybrid created by Italian breeder Drax Diego and distributed through hobby grower and specialist seed seller communities. It is recognised for large, heavily wrinkled pods with an extreme “brain-like” surface texture that mature to a light peach colour.

The exact genetic lineage has not been publicly documented. No formal breeding records detailing parent varieties or filial generation are widely available. Grower reports indicate that some plants show variation in pod shape, and occasional red-fruited plants have been observed instead of peach. This suggests genetic segregation and indicates the line may not be fully stabilised across all seed stocks.

Heat is consistently described as exceeding 1000000 SHU, with many listings and grower reports estimating around 1500000 SHU. There are no publicly available independent laboratory test results specific to this strain. The stated heat level is based on repeated seller and grower claims rather than documented scientific testing.

Flavour descriptions from sellers and growers mention sweet or fruity notes before the intense heat develops. These descriptions are anecdotal and not based on controlled flavour analysis.

Due to the lack of formal documentation regarding its breeding background, variation in pod shape, colour, and heat level may occur between different seed sources. This inconsistency has been noted in online grower discussions.
