Fatalii Gourmet Jigsaw
Fatalii Gourmet Jigsaw is an extremely hot Capsicum chinense cultivar developed in Finland by Jukka Kilpinen, widely known as Fatalii. The breeding project began with Trinidad Moruga Scorpion stock and involved several years of selective breeding focused on maximising heat while retaining strong flavour.
Plants are vigorous and high yielding, often growing over 1 metre tall. Pods are typically bright red, heavily wrinkled, and measure approximately 6 centimetres long and 3 centimetres wide.
The heat is intense and fast-acting, commonly reported to cause a numbing sensation, with levels reaching around 1,200,000 Scoville Heat Units. Fatalii Gourmet Jigsaw is primarily grown by superhot enthusiasts and is used in extreme sauces, powders, and breeding projects.
