Fluorescent Scarlet

Fluorescent Scarlet is a compact ornamental Capsicum annuum cultivar developed in Finland by Fatalii Seeds. It was selected for decorative foliage, colourful fruit development, and suitability for small-space growing.

Plants are compact and well suited to small pots, indoor growing, and bonsai-style cultivation. Foliage is variegated, and flowers display purple-pink and white tones with darker edging.

Pods mature through multiple colour stages, beginning green, then turning purple, followed by orange, and finally red at full ripeness. Heat levels are moderate, averaging around 10,000 Scoville Heat Units. Fluorescent Scarlet is commonly used in light cooking applications and is valued for both culinary use and ornamental appeal.
