Gator Jigsaw

Gator Jigsaw is a superhot Capsicum chinense variety developed in the United States. It is related to the Jigsaw pepper line and shares some traits with other modern superhot cultivars.

Plants are vigorous and productive, commonly reaching up to 1.2 metres in height. Pods mature from green to a yellow or mustard-yellow colour and have heavily wrinkled skin with a dimpled texture.

Heat levels are extreme, estimated at around 1,500,000 Scoville Heat Units. Despite the intensity, the flavour includes sweet and fruity notes, making it suitable for hot sauces and green-style salsas where both heat and flavour are desired.
