Golden Primotalii
Golden Primotalii is a golden-coloured Capsicum chinense superhot developed in the United Kingdom by Chris Saunders around 2012. It is a colour variant of the Primotalii, itself a cross between 7 Pot Primo and Fatalii.
Plants are moderately productive and produce elongated, heavily wrinkled pods that often feature long, thin tails. Fruits mature from green to a bright golden or yellow colour at full ripeness. Pods typically measure between 6.4 and 7.6 centimetres in length and 1.3 to 1.9 centimetres in width.
Heat levels exceed 1,000,000 Scoville Heat Units. The flavour is complex, combining fruity and lightly floral notes. Golden Primotalii is commonly used in extreme hot sauces and salsas and is valued for both its heat and distinctive appearance.
