Jalapeño Black Bullet

Jalapeño Black Bullet is a Capsicum annuum cultivar developed in Denmark by pepper grower Jes Christiansen. It was selected for its compact growth habit and distinctive dark fruit colour.

Plants are compact and well suited to container growing and small spaces. Pods are short and bullet-shaped, typically measuring around 2.5 to 3.8 centimetres in length. Fruits mature to a deep black colour and may show emerald green tones before full ripeness.

The pods have a crisp texture and deliver a stronger heat than standard jalapeños, averaging around 10,000 Scoville Heat Units. Jalapeño Black Bullet is grown for both culinary use and ornamental appeal.
