Neyde White Bullet

Neyde White Bullet is an uncommon Capsicum chinense hybrid developed in Italy by Faddas Pepper around 2016. It is a cross between Pimenta de Neyde and White Bullet Habanero.

Plants are compact but highly productive, producing large numbers of small, bullet-shaped pods. Fruits begin with a purple coloration and mature to a near-white colour, often retaining purple splashes or markings. When cut open, the flesh can display vivid pink tones.

The flavour is similar to habanero types, with floral notes and a slight bitterness. Heat levels are commonly around 100,000 Scoville Heat Units. Neyde White Bullet is considered an unstable hybrid, and plant characteristics may vary between generations.
