VSRP Poblano is a Capsicum annuum hybrid developed in the United States by breeder Eric Knight. It is a cross between Variegated Sugar Rush Peach (VSRP) and Poblano, combining ornamental foliage with mild heat.

Plants display variegated leaves with green, white, and purple colouring inherited from the VSRP parent. Growth is vigorous, and plants can exceed 1.2 metres in height, often requiring support due to fruit load.

Pods are medium-sized and begin dark purple, maturing to a burnt orange colour with occasional purple blush. Heat levels are mild, averaging around 5,000 Scoville Heat Units. The flavour includes light fruity notes, making VSRP Poblano suitable for a wide range of culinary uses.
